Frequently Asked Questions
Does epithalon actually lengthen telomeres?
Multiple Russian studies have demonstrated telomere lengthening and telomerase activation with epithalon. The research is promising but not yet replicated in large Western RCTs. It remains one of the most credible telomere-targeting interventions available.
How do I know if epithalon is working?
Subjective markers: improved sleep quality, energy, and skin. Objective: telomere length testing (available commercially) before and after multiple cycles. Effects are cumulative and subtle — do not expect dramatic changes after one cycle.
Is epithalon safe long-term?
Epithalon has an excellent safety profile in clinical studies. The main theoretical concern is telomerase activation in cancer cells — avoid if you have active cancer. The short, cyclic protocol (not continuous use) is considered safer than continuous administration.
